The worst! A reservation made on 2/07/2023 confirmed, arrived in Bucharest we call the owner who tells us that we would see each other at 2 pm, arrived on the spot we contacted the same for 20 minutes without receiving a response and then receive from Booking the cancellation of the reservation without any reason and without receiving an apology from the property of the structure. We had to organize to find another structure and you can imagine on foot with three suitcases the inconvenience caused. Beware of this property and its low prices per night. I hope that Booking can eliminate this structure from its search engine so as not to cause other inconvenience to other customers.

Cancelled my booking on arrival date, saying they do not have water, then I had to look for a new room in same price category for hours.

Well I read all the reviews on this site as we were changed from another hostel, and was very worried to say the least. But on arrival, there were no smells, the room and bathroom were homely and clean. We had a brilliant 4 nights sleep. …

The perfect place to stay in Bucharest. Self check-in, the room is so clean, warm and cozy. The people is amazing and they help us to leave our luggages we are so grateful for that.

I had a brilliant 3 nights in Casa Romana. Nicoleta was there to great me and make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. She said I could contact her any time if I needed anything and when the aircon was quite right she got it fixed straight away. The room was so cool, really personalised and quirky I loved it! Some previous reviews said the mattresses weren't comfortable but I thought the bed was perfect! Lovely free standing bath in the room and a brilliant location in Bucharest, so reasonable as well, win win! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!
